We used Alida’s Pet Resort when we were recently away for 9 days. I would be happy to use them again. I wish dogs could talk because I’m sure she would want to go there again too. They are a suburb away from us, so that was a plus. Price was awesome.

5/5. Our dog Turtle loves going to Alida's. She had never been in a kennel before we brought her here so we were all a little apprehensive. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and calmed our nerves immediately. Turtle adores everyone and they take such great care of her. Would highly recommend.

Dog had been in a fight with large wound - kennel staff straight on the defensive and denying incident happened under there care made for a unpleasant experience.

Friendliest staff, great facilities lovely lush green shaded grounds and air conditioned kennelsOur girl loves going here.she gets so excited she starts whimpering as we are driving down the driveway.

We have absolutely love using Alidas Pet Resort for our dog & cat whenever we go on holidays (been going there for the past 10 years). All of our furry friends have happily jumped out of the car when we arrive, its like their second home, they get excited when they see Trace & Kristie-lee and always come back happy.

i am from interstate & had hospital admission the next day therefore required care for my 5 month old Maltese Terrior. viewed photos & reviews, feeling optimistic. Arrived at Alide’s,. after requesting to view where my puppy would be staying i was led to the cages and was shocked. excessive barking. many dogs packed into cages minimal beds & no toys - walked out NOT leaving my puppy in this over crowded nightmare. this is purely a money generating venture & totally misrepresented on line ! Puppy Paradise - more like Puppy Prison Zero stars !
