Just Cuts

I'm not confrontational so I didn't want to post anything but today was the first day I styled my hair since my cut and I am so unhappy.So I had my hair cut by Diane last Saturday 10/12/22. I spent about five minutes trying to convince her to cut my hair because she kept insisting I already had the haircut I was showing her (I didn't) and kept saying the hair in the picture was longer than mine so it wouldn't work even though it was a reference picture and I said I wanted a shorter version. So I gave up and just asked for layers and a clean up. After being stabbed by her nails and hit and stabbed with the comb and having hair torn out by her aggressive combing , I just let her do whatever she wanted so I could just leave and go cry in the car. I now have an uneven but almost close to what I asked for haircut. At least I got the layers I asked for. I don't think I will ever return even though the reviews are really good which is what brought me in. Spending an extra $20 at another salon might be worth it.

Yesterday my son had a hair cut from them but it went really bad, his dad was very upset so him I went back today and requested to fix this. they immediately respond to my worries and promptly fixed everything .the man on the counter provide exceptional service lady who gave a cut was really good .my son is happy so his dad.thats all we want but I would say very quick and appropriate in handling customers enquiry.Before and after pictures of both hair cuts .but I would say please staff who doesn't know about haircutting please don't let them mess with others hair.you can see in the picture how rough that cutting is not blended properly looks like someone holds the scissors first time. ( picture with question mark is the one they gave a hair cut yesterday)Thanks for fixing it but please have a look on your staff which is not appropriate. As its not easy to convince kids for haircut.Thanks

I just had a really amazing cut at Just Cuts. I showed Katerina some pictures of what I wanted and she shared pictures she had and then asked a few questions to clarify what I wanted. I am super happy with the results!

Deleting previous review of another visit to change to this one.Went to West Lakes today (25/2/23) and my hair was cut by Elly. She was super friendly and efficient and had some advice about my hair. Happy with the end result. Thanks Elly!

Had 3 hair cuts now, 2 great and the last not so good...need to ask for previous girls to do it..price and time taken is excellent

Been there for many years now, liked Carlo, who unfortunately left as I found out on my last visit. Anyhow, one of the girls cut my hair, we chatted, and she really cut my hair nicely. Thanked her and came back today again, asked for the same girl and she told me she does not want to cut my hair because she really feels uncomfortable with me. First time in my life this happened, I always am friendly and get on with people, I was disappointed, another girl cut my hair. ans she was good too. ... but now I feel uncomfortable going back there.she cost you 2 Stars...
