Dave and the team at Payneless IT are fantastic I highly recommend them, my expectations were blown out of the water.Dave came to my workplace and did an evaluation of our current set up and what was needed to bring our IT system up to date to meet our needs. He provided a quote within 24 hours and gave options so I could work within my budget.Ben came to site to install our system and went over and above, he was outstanding! He encountered a couple of hurdles and he handled them with ease. David has serviced my computer for years, he picks up my computer from home, informs you of what the cost will be, does a wonderful job and then delivers it back. My daughter currently has my computer and was having trouble with it, I rang David for help he got my daughter’s phone number and talked her through her problems, nothing is too much for this guy and the fact that my daughter lives on the Gold Coast and I live in Melbourne and David didn’t charge me for his valuable time on the phone to my daughter- how unusual is that!! A huge thank you David you are one of a kind, I will always be grateful for what you have done for me and if anyone I know needs a computer wiz I will always recommend you.
