Friendly staff! Loved my new colour!

Very disappointed at a measure taken by owner to tell me to go elsewhere to have my hair coloured. Never had that in 30 years.I can experience a mild irritation when getting re-growth done once colour is in past 30 min. I always advise hairdresser and no real problem eventuates. None did at this Salon either.I have been loyally getting going to Wisp for a shampoo and blow dry every 10 days for 3 months and had re growth done a few times. Great repoir with hairdresser Kate.Recently questionned why sometimes I am charged a different fee for the blow dry. The answer from Owner was that on occasion I had been getting charged the wrong rate for long hair. The very next occasion of booking in for the re-growth, suddenly I am not welcome. Coincidence - me thinks not. Astounding.

I have been having my hair cared for by the staff at Wisp Salon for approximately 10 years. The service is amazing, professional and friendly, the location is central with easy parking. Highly recommend.
