Alex handled a sale for me with the agency he previously worked for a few years ago and was very helpful. He was originally recommended to me by a friend because he thinks outside the box. He has also willingly given me advice on real estate matters even at times when I am not a paying client. He has university qualifications in property and is very well networked, so you know you are getting an informed opinion. I highly recommend him.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Alex was the worst real state agent I have deal in many years, he was unresponsive when there problems on the building.But more importantly, Alex told me I will get a discount for losing 60% of my income because of Covid-19 (with letters from my work acknowledging it), he also asked me not to tell any of the neighbors; at the end of the day he told me to forget about it because he is not obligated by law to give me any discount -- so basically he was just pretending to be decent.I ended up moving from the apartment (because of this company) and would not recommend anyone to work with them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I’ve rented from Robert for 2 years now and never had any issues with how he’s felt with a situation. He’s moved fast, gotten things sorted and hasn’t told me he would do something which he didn’t plan to do (a problem I’ve had with other real estates). There have been issues with people in my house and repairs with the property, but Robert assisted with the best actions to take a long with my responsibilities in regards to the house.While I don’t own a property, I have recommended him to people that do. He’s just a straight forward guy which seems to be the biggest challenge, in my opinion, of finding a reasonable real estate.

Alex was very arrogant when we needed a problem fixed he said that because we were the only people with that issue then they were not going to deal with that. Unbelievable this guy has no idea about customer service and doesn't care whatsoever about the tenants. Stay clear of this real estate.
