The first year they were very good to deal with, guided us through the process well, as it was our first time applying for R&D grants, so we needed a lot of assistance.The second year, was simply a following on from the first years grants, so Bourkehood only needed updated numbers for the last months of the financial year, they had the majority of the numbers already, and a copy and paste of the previous years submission explaining project and the overall expected costs, both already stated they was a multi-year projects.Even with such a simple task, they failed to submit the paperwork on time, and I missed out on at least $150k of grants. Which for a small business would have been a great help.
