My review pertains to postal shop itself. I've always had excellent service there. Nothing is too hard and they are both friendly and helpful. They've always had the parcel that their indicated they had received. I think people believe that the parcel delivery team is the same as the postal shop team. They're not the same and inevitably the system sometimes breaks down. I would never blame the shop staff for a parcel that may not have found its way to the post office in the time frame left on the card.

I’m so tired of not getting specific parcels! It seems one or more delivery drivers frequently no not leave a card, I seriously doubt they come anywhere near my property. Yet again I’ve been waiting for a special gift & it’s back at the Post Office without me knowing anything. Just found out online it was returned a week ago. I’m disabled so it makes it much harder to pick up. I have no problem with my regular postman, he’s reliable & considerate. The reviews are full of complaints similar to mine. Why don’t you do something about it?

I've had decent customer service in the post office itself, and if not for my other experience I would give you 5 stars. One of your delivery drivers does not leave red contact cards for parcels. I can see from the other reviews here I'm not the only one who has had that experience. It is not the responsibility of the general public to make sure your delivery drivers are doing their jobs properly. I heard one of your staff say to an elderly woman who had the same problem I don't know why they don't leave a card." Well

The team at this post office need some training in customer service absolutly appalling. I haven't ever visited an Australia post this bad and this is not a one off it's consistant. I wish there was an alternative that I could use.

Friendly and informative service. Passport renewal process was almost smooth, staff was informative, helpful and decisive. Come in at the right time and almost no queue. Come at the wrong time, the queue will cost you your time. Two entrances, pass the concierge and there's also a back door access.

Located on ground level inside larger building. Lines can get long depending on the time of day you go there. Staff very helpful

It’s a shame I had to leave a one star review as there are three people there who always give great service, but unfortunately the younger staff members never handle the queues well and are inconsistent in asking for ID. Whenever the three great team members are missing this post shop falls apart and it’s a tedious experience collecting packages, which is extra annoying as packages are often taken to the post shop when I’m home as they don’t bother stopping.

Not happy with the service at all. The woman that served me was not only rude but, she went out of her way to make things more difficult for me. Whats worse is I got the feeling that she enjoyed upsetting me. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back.

Do you have any jobs going at the moment? I’d love to “deliver” parcels. Wouldn’t even need to quit my current job. Just drop off all the parcels at the post office on my way to work and claim a second income.. no brainer!
