This was the best workshop! Deb is so genuine and ready to share her knowledge on techniques and products. Greg makes the best morning/afternoon tea. The work shop area is amazing, such great light/space. Deb has everything you need to complete your project and you are surrounded by examples of her work and finishes to try yourself. Inspiration abounds!!! A lovely way to spend a Saturday. If you are not into furniture then check out her other workshop offerings I'm sure they will be just as much fun.

I had a fab afternoon at Hampton & French with Deb and Bec. I learnt how to give furniture a new lease on life bringing it into modern day whilst respecting its heritage. They taught me how to prepare the dresser and coffee table pre painting, and how to use chalk paint. The two together have an excellent eye for design taking into cosinderation what the piece would be used for.... and had me laughing all day! Thanks for a great afternoon, I can't wait to get back in for some of the other classes

Completed a workshop with Deb on the weekend. It was absolutely fabulous!! Deb and her partner Greg, were super attentive, and gave wonderful explanations about what to do, product selection etc. The shop is fantastic and filled with the most gorgeous pieces that Deb has crafted. Deb is such an inspiration. I'm completely hooked on painting and have already almost finished a little side table that was being thrown out. Can't wait to head back for another workshop, to learn more techniques!!! Thankyou again for the most marvellous day!!

Absolutely delightful! I was after a very specific colour of chalk paint and it was so lovely to be able to go into a shop to see the options. Deb was super helpful and went over and above to point out some colours that might work for a set of draws I am working on. I was thrilled to see that they run workshops - I will definitely be back!

Have purchased two pieces of furniture from here and am so happy with my unique tailored pieces which Deb worked on according to my requests, adding my personal touches meant a lot as the gold butterfly motif personalised this hall cupboard into a beautiful feature which everyone comments on, the brass handles finish this off beautifullyI can’t wait for my next unique pieceThank you Deb for your attention to detail
