The staff are friendly and helpful,you can see ,adaptor,dentist, podiatry, and have your blood tested,also the is a pharmacist on site ,good parking and other facilities to help disabled people move around the building

Receptionist on front desk leaves much to be desired, doctors here are OK.. Being a GP nurse myself, I would be appauled if a receptionist was this rude on the phone to patients, with basic requests (like transfering pathology to a new Doctor). Seems I'm not the only one with this complaint from reading reviews.

Healthworks Kangaroo Flat i see one particular doc who is caring and also can have a laugh, nurses are great and coffee shop is pretty good especially scones jam and cream yum. I do have however have a prob with one particular receptionist, boy is she rude abrupt and i have to repeat everything i say. other than her, all other front counter staff are lovely.

I don't understand why so many people are complaining I'm so grateful for this clinic took me on when know one else will doctor Zoe is fantastic she take her time to talk to you and find out and fix what ever issue you may have so thanks to all the staff at healthworks kangaroo flat and reception very bubbly and friendly

I find receptionist are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Joy is a great and caring doctor. I believe he cares 100% about his patients.Having the chemist in same building is ideal and staff very helpful
