If you're a business owner please choose another delivery company as these guys will ruin the experience for your customers. They are the absolute worst delivery company in existence. The phone line is a recorded message that hangs up on you, the live chat agents never replies, zero possibility to speak with any human staff with regards to resolving any issues. I always get a text message saying the parcel is on the way today, I work from home and am home all day and It never shows. This cycle continues over two weeks and eventually I have to drive to the depot in Arundel to pick up the parcel in person myself.

I will NEVER use couriers please again. Customer service is absolutely shocking!Had a birthday present coming last Thursday, “out for delivery” I had notes on the system to call me when the driver was here so I could meet in my lobby. This instruction was not followed, we didn’t get the parcel and I had to call back to arrange a Re- delivery the next day. Do you think they showed up? Nope. No update at all. Monday goes by, we’re now at tuesday and still no parcel. They tell me it will be here in the next 24 hours, but how many more days off work do I have to take to be here to receive this parcel???? No solid answer and they keep telling me to contact the sender for the updates. YOU HAVE THE PARCEL NOT THE SENDER!!!

The ratings here are true, bad company to deal with, the drivers don't read instructions & when you complain they simply don't redeliver following clear instructions & return the parcel to sender as being undeliverable.Never have I encountered such an unreliable & unhelpful company, I reported the parcel missing with the customer care team & the did nothing to assist me.

Unfortunately, cannot vote lower than a 1-star rating.I redirected my parcel to somewhere convenient for me to collect. I then get message saying it's been delivered somewhere else. I called 1300 number to sort out but unable to get through numerous times and i just get an SMS with a link to do an online chat. I ask for a call back and was told via chat that this was not possible. After 10 attempts i finally get through and was told there was no-one home to sign for parcel when i requested, and had confirmation of the redirected address. A ticket" complaint has been lodged.... bog standard reply incoming....TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!"

4 days later & i'm no closer to getting my parcel.Ready to have it returned to sender at this point.At least with poor service like this it makes you appreciate Auspost more.Still waiting, but if not here today i will be seeking a refund from the purchase & seek another means for delivery.

Thank you for your response, however I don't believe a word you have said. I have 'clicked your link' with absolutely no assistance whatsoever, it's just back and forward with no result. It's delaying tactics so customer get so fed up they give up with no result! Just deliver my parcel that I have PAID for today!! No doubt Target has also PAID you to do a job you are not doing.DELIVER MY PARCEL TODAY!!!!!I stand by what I have said in my review below.I have given this company 1 star and only because I can't give it negative stars. They do not follow instructions regarding customers delivery requests, they then lie about it. You are unable to actually speak to someone to ascertain the whereabouts of the goods you have PAID for.I am supposed to be receiving goods from Target coming from their warehouse. I requested a re-direction. It came to my house saying they couldn't deliver because no-one was home. No, of course not, as I had requested a redirection. Second try, leave without signature. They came to my address, no-one was home so no parcel left, even though I had agreed to it being left. The service assistant, which I was assured was human, told me that they are not allowed to re-direct, even though this option was offered. Total lie!Third try, I organised a day off work to take delivery of the parcel.It's not coming today!! AAAARRRRRGGGGG!In fact, I don't believe the driver even came to my address as their was no card left in the letterbox. More lies again. The company I am employed by discontinued the use of Couriers Please long ago.Target I urge you to do the same.Absolutely appalling company to deal with.

I'll no longer buy from any company using Couriers Please. They are useless to put it nicely. I run a business and understand things happen. But these guys make no attempt to deliver, don't follow delivery instructions, lose packages, their support team don't do anything to resolve enquiries. Every single other courier company that has delivered to me in the last 6 weeks since moving in to my new place have been great. We're also about to start shipping in Australia and these guys won't be on the shortlist of couriers we use.
