After an 18 month wait with Toyota we decided to look at options and we couldn’t believe that Hyundai had a week turn around on a brand new car!We ordered a Hyundai Tucson from Jimmy and he was so easy and pleasant to deal with.We had not really considered extras but after dealing with those saleswomen (we forgot her name) we felt confident and comfortable with the price she could give us on some extras like dashcam and tinting.Overall we are very happy with our experience and we would highly recommend them as a dealership.

Bought a car from another dealer but got it serviced regularly here. Just out of warranty the engine broke irreparably. The dealer approached Hyundai head office to get the engine replaced without me requesting it and got it replaced for free even though the car was just out of warranty. The service of this place is fab, they always recommend when things should be replaced and the service department works very smoothly. Courtesy cars are available, shuttle bus to Hornsby if required but also close to the train station. 100% recommend and trust this dealer. It’s when things go wrong you find out how good customer service is and I am 1000% happy with how I have been treated by this place.

Recently had my Hyundai i30 in for service, I received the most outstanding customer service from beginning to end. The booking process was such a breeze without any headaches along the way. The lovely ladies who served me in/out were such beautiful and helpful people. I would most definitely be recommending Pennant Hill’s to get a service done!!!

Don't go here for servicing. 3.6 star Google rating, 2.7 star Facebook rating and a 1.5 star rating on True Local should be a warning to you. Would you buy from an online seller with such a low satisfaction rating? Beware of recommendations that additional things need doing which triples or quadruples the cost of the log book service. Get a second opinion from one of the independent auto service shops in the local area which unlike this mob generally have a 4.5 to 5 star satisfaction rating. Today I had a 6 month service. The car is performing perfectly well but the 6 month service is a condition of the extended warranty we foolishly purchased when we bought the car new 5 years ago. This 6 month service is supposed to be $269 fixed price in the contract. Today they wanted to charge me an extra $500 to do additional service work but that service work had already been done at the previous service only 6 months earlier. Seems they have a list of things to recommend whether you need them or not. People want to keep their car well maintained but here they seem to exploit that desire by recommending expensive additional work that is of dubious necessity. The service manager just stonewalls any queries saying you don't have to get it done if you don't want to. However it is difficult for the average person to refuse once they raise the doubt in your mind. Today they blew it in recommending a change in air conditioner filter and decarbonising of the fuel intake system which had already been done only 6 months/4,000 kilometres ago. They blamed a deteriorated air filter (which they had inspected and passed when carrying out the decarbonising only 6 months/4000k earlier). My wife was accused by the patronising service manager of repeated swearing when she had used the word bulls**t once only and had apologised for doing so. As a customer of 20 years I have finally woken up to these people and won't be back to them for servicing nor to buy a new car. That goes for our MG as well as our Hyundai. The sarcastic comment by the service manager of Have a good day" as we two very disgruntled and disappointed customers were leaving was the final straw."

Great bunch of professional team at Hyundai pennant hills, Donny Huang had the best customer service since we walked in and a great salesman. We loved his after sales service too. Worst customer service ever.I was promised a car delivery within a specific period which never happened. I had a special clause for the 1000$ deposit refund if the car is not delivered within this time. I have been waiting for this refund to happen for more than a month after the expiry of the delivery date. They keep coming up with excuses. I am happy that I didn't make the purchase from this Hyundai dealer.

Excellent service from all Hyundai service staff. My car had a problem and a warranty claim was made. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently. Although they could have probably wangled their way out of it, they assessed the car and situation and repaired the car. Thank you - Fantastic service stand behind the product - Highly recommended!
