Tuggerah Fresh Nails and Beauty

Just passing through on my way back to Sydney and stopped in to have a mani, had a really fun experience with Amy 'Sean Connery'. Nails were beautifully done and Amy made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be coming in again when I'm back in the area :)

Went there today, had to wait 30 minutes what was understanding since it was busy. Lady who was doing my nails was very rough and made my finger bleed. Took an hour and a half for the girl to do basic white nails, wouldn't recommend.

I'd like to say I walked out with fresh nails but alas they look terrible. After having the remainder of shellac buffed off, I usually am told in other salons that I can wash my hands as they are covered in the dust. The lady told me 'no you can do it at the end'.I now have nails painted with dust clearly visible on them as well as the sides not having been painted either and some painted thicker than other nails. P

I would highly recommend not going to this salon, as the staff physically assaulted me due to miss communication on their end. I have gone to this salon multiple times over the last 2 years and my last experience was not only humiliating but also traumatising. I advised staff on multiple occasions whilst I was getting a pedicure that I did not have reception and the wifi wasn’t working, so therefore could not transfer money to pay. Two ladies acknowledged what I had said and confirmed it was fine for me to walk out of the salon to get reception. When it was time to pay I stood at the counter and explained this again, and again the lady confirmed I was right to walk out to get reception, upon doing so I was chased by the manager, I had calmly explained the situation however she did not understand and began pushing me and holding onto my wrist, leaving several bruises on my arms and hands. This was the most humiliating experience and I would highly recommend for the community not to go to this business. For a manager to be happy to assault her long term customers and not be able to communicate effectively in English, in my opinion should not have the right to run a business within our community. Disappointed beyond words.

Best nail salon around. staff are lovely and their work is of very high quality. Nicely shaped and have lasted 2 weeks so far.

I just left fromgetting my nails done not only did they do an amazing job but they were accomodating when my toddler woke up 3/4 way through. The ladies are beautiful great service and my nails look amazing will definitely be back xxx Thankyou

Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon, I went in for infills and was told to get a new set which is fine but then I was left soaking my nails in acetone for 40mins then when the lady tried to remove my old nails she ripped off my actual nail due to them being soaked for to long. Leaving my finger bleeding and skin peeling off. I was then left sitting there for a further half an hour with a bleeding nail and no assistance. I ended up telling them not to worry as I don’t want my nails wreaked further to then be rudely told I have to still pay. Not happy at all and will never be back!!!

I've been to soo many salons and I keep going back to this place because I always have the best experience. Firstly, thank you to Amy for being the friendliest and most talented nail artist in the coast. It's definitely worth driving all the way from Newcastle just to see her! Once you find a good nail artist, you have to stick with them. I suggest going on a Monday or Tuesday because they're quite busy from Wednesday to Sunday. Don't be surprised if they ask you to come back in half an hour, but trust me its worth the wait.
