These guys did such a great job. They took a Bosch dryer more than 7 yrs old away for less than 24 hrs, and revitalised it to give it possibly another 2-3 yrs more life. Absolutely expert service.

A-Grade Appliance Service certainly delivers an A-Grade Service. The whole customer experience was excellent from start to finish. We had a fan motor issue with a Bosch appliance of which Dean and Elisha diligently followed through for us( And over the festive season! )We found them both to be polite and courteous in every way and we would use their services again, the reason being they possess many attributes other similar businesses do not, namely patience,fairness ,punctuality and overall a great attitude!. That is their point of difference so we highly recommend this company.

-Highly Recommend wouldn't use anyone else-When our humble dishwasher stopped working I was faced with the daunting prospect of having to book a technician to come out and repair it. Was told a day and time and took the day off only to have them tell me they couldn't come because they were too busy???Completely frustrated I decided to look elsewhere and found A Grade Appliance Service. What an amazing company to deal with, they came out the next day, and gave us there honest opinion that we should replace the unit instead of the same problem happening 6 months down the track! Booked in a call out and parts/repair, was quoted $160 for repairs and call out. Electrician came for 10 mins determined a part was required, got a call an hour later saying that part was $300+ when our oven would only be around $500. When I called for an updated price as I didn’t wish to purchase said part was advised that the call out will be $165.. very disappointment as problem has not been fixed yet still charged a crazy amount for 10 mins.
