Tilley Soaps

I recently purchased some Tilley Tahitian Frangipani triple scented reed diffusers (not directly from the manufacturer) - a product I have purchased before (again, not directly from Tilley) on at least two occasions and absolutely love. The sweet, wonderful aroma is not at all sickly and fills any room with the beautiful scent of tropical frangipani... just like burying your nose in those gorgeous blooms! I was so excited to receive my latest purchase (150ml bottles instead of the previous 75ml bottles) but was dismayed on opening them to find that they did not smell the same. I contacted Tilley Soaps and Madeleine could not have been more concerned and helpful in finding a resolution. I also work in customer service and was more than impressed by all the Tilley staff to whom I spoke. Their pride in the Tilley products and care for any issues is a testament to the quality of what is produced and a credit to the company. Thank you to Madeleine and Crystal for sorting out the problem I experienced - Tilley Soaps is blessed to have you in their employ!

I feel terrible that it has taken the COVID19 situation to remind me of the importance of buying Australian made and owned. I purchased hand washes, a bath bomb and a hand wash/lotion pack online. Free delivery over $50 which was a bonus! My package was delivered well on time and wrapped and packaged so beautifully. The scents are absolutely divine. Thank you Tilley. Big fan of the goats milk and Manuka honey & goats milk with aloe vera. Lather beautifully, smell great and leave skin soft and moisturised.

Wonderful products, soaps are our main purchase..oval in shape, hold there fragrance plus so smooth and non frying to the skin. Best ever.

I just dealt with this company for the first time and I'm utterly delighted. The items came extremely promptly and were well packaged. And aaaahhh the quality of the soap! The rich, creamy lather, the divine scent! I am so happy to have found this firm and will buy a lot more products in the future.

I’d like to point out how irresponsible your employees are with their driving. Every day at the end of shift (4:00 pm) your employee dart out of your car park (Jersey Rd) without looking for incoming traffic, every day I (and others I’ve witnessed) come close to a collision, I strongly suggest you educate your drivers as ultimately you (Tilley soaps) are responsible when your employees travel to and from work as per WorkSafe rules.

Gave away soaps for donation to the mountain brumby sanctuary so we can get funds to feed the brumbies thank you very much very good people I can't thank you enough
