A hidden gem in the local area! I had my nails done here for the first time yesterday. I didn't have an appointment but they made it work. I had two lovely ladies working on my nails for the sake of speed yet allowing them to take the time to ensure a fantastic job of sns with tips on my bitten nails. I've never had anyone pay so much attention to detail without any judgements and its honestly the best my nails have ever looked. A lovely chatty bunch of women who seem happy to be there - great customer service and they remembered the names of every regular who came in. VERY well priced as well! Highly recommended!Edit: I don't understand the negative comments about the owner on here. She was one of the ladies working on my nails and was absolutely lovely. Made me feel very welcome and was constantly checking on me. I think some people just cant be pleased

This is the best salon I have ever visited. The employees are kind and professional. Very reasonably priced, especially for the incredible work they do. I've had manis and pedis from La Ritz, they always do a great job. I work with my hands so tips are not an option for me. They always do a great job at making my short nails look amazing. Cannot express how great this salon is!

I was eating nearby and find this local nails beauty shop, so I just gave it a try for nothing to except too much after reading the 3.5 stars. First time there the young lady is doing my French nails and very patient and passion to paint my little white tips. Finishing with my full satisfaction. After two days, I spot one of my nail tip is chipped, so I message them and they ask me to go back and redo it. To begin with I thought it just a easy fix on one finger nail and no more than 10 mins job. But end up the owner is almost redone my both hands nails again by spending almost 45 mins. I’m so preparing to pay again but the owner say it’s free of charge coz is their responsibility for the chipped nails. For the time and job they have done to me, I had no word to describe how satisfied I’m and how professional they are. The owner is so detailing to do my each nail again even tho they are still very good in my eyes. I will definitely recommend this place. And for the bad reviews they had, I can only say some customers are very hard to deal with… I feel sorry for this business to receive a negative feedback.

Im so sorry for the owner of this salon, I've never seen her before but she is such a rude person.I am a costumer of this salon for more than 8-9 months, each fortnight I spent $$$ for my nails. Today i arrived at salon and I realised that the owner did a mistake and write a wrong time for me, I've told her that I'm not able to come back at that time and she is still insisting that she didn't do any mistake , Even she didn't offer me to waiting there and fixing the issue.Instead of apologising, Suddenly she opened the door and told me leave the salon.I didn't expect this disrespectful behaviour from AN OWNER of salon.
