Deloraine Aged Care

Staff are all so warm and friendly, and the place is lovely. Very happy to see my Grandmother here!

Highly recommended.Considering how often I've visited the place over the last few years, it would be understandable if I'd seen some irregularities in the operation of this facility, but I haven't. Fantastic people, working under pressure, doing a job that would cause most people to fold immediately.The overall rating has dropped over the last couple of years, but I would 100% put that on unreasonable people with unrealistic expectations, who would be incapable of doing that job for a couple of hours, much less of a career.

I couldn’t be happier with this place. My aunt loves it at Deloraine. The care from the nurses and staff is excellent, I like that it’s a smaller family run home. My aunt is very happy with the food and has made some gorgeous new friends

just wanted say an enormous thank you for your amazing friendly and second to none service ,you recently provided to myself ,my Mother and our family, and just wanted to give you a review.We were very reluctant to place my Mum into an Residential aged care facility after a previous very bad experience, so we had a very tainted view on what service and care could be provided.After my Mother was required to enter a facility , I contacted Deloraine , from the first contact with Danni , she made me feel at ease and very comfortable , and almost like family, then speaking with Andrew who assured me that the previous experience we had would be nothing like that at Deloraine, WOW and he was absolutely spot on, from the first tour it was all about finding the right fit for Mum ,we received and extensive tour of the beautiful facility ( it smelt amazing ,something we hadn't experienced previously),speaking freely with residents and being able to see their rooms, many residents invited us into their rooms they were so proud,which was lovely to see and the amazing facility .We were introduced to All of the staff and they were so nice and caring.Andrew facilitated our every request and helped us through this journey with ease,prior to Mum entering they made everything easy and not stressful to set Mum's room up,Once Mum entered every staff member couldn't have done any more to make her feel at home and again part of the Deloraine family, I was finally at ease that we had found the perfect place for Mum, and I believed that she was so content. Sadly Mum only spent 5 days at Deloraine , before passing,but I know that she was in her happy place and was ready to go. The staff were then so caring and unbelievably compassionate , I commend you Andrew and team for running such an amazing facility .

My best friends mother lives in Deloraine. What a beautiful facility. Strong management team and wonderful caring staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place to feel safe and at home in especially during these difficult times with Covid. Their infection control procedures are 5 star standards and I’m so glad my friend can relax knowing her mother is under such great care.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Deloraine Aged Care and the wonderful staff. Thank-you for the high quality care and monitoring my aunt received, she was very happy in your care.

The staff and management team are so amazing here! I can trust what they say and not live in fear. I know my grandpa is getting the best care during, especially during a never ending pandemic. The staff really seems to care and take an interest in what is going on. The Operational Managers take timeanswering any questions and never makes you feel rushed or that you're a burden being there.I am so glad to have found an aged care facility close by that is so wonderfull!!

Beautiful facility and always friendly and warm staff

My Grandma has lived at Deloraine for 6 years and recently passed. We have been blown away with the level of care that they gave to my grandma and also us. We will be forever grateful and cannot thank the staff enough for the care they gave. Thank you from the Olsen Family

The staff here are always friendly, happy and approachable.The home is always very clean and there is lots of visitor parking.There’s a new receptionist there who’s just fabulous!
