We had Mitch and his team install our solar panels and they are true professionals in their field. We felt very comfortable through out the whole process from initial contact to quote to completion of the job. If we were unsure of anything, Mitch explained everything in a way that we understood and is always quick to respond to any messages and the customer service is also a massive stand out for me. Mitch and the guys were awesome. Really considered when making a solar quote and ensured they got everything right and explained it fully so we were confident in what we were buying. They also helped us with documenting what we needed for a pretty tricky approval with our body corporate on the townhouses and were patient, with the back and forth. When completing the job they were fast and very professional. All done quickly and the inverter install was well finished so it all looks neat.Would highly recommend them for your solar install or any other electrical work.

Thanks Mitch Al, lacho and Craig, top job guys you got everything perfect as usual, I use to work with Mitch and the boys around 10 years ago doing solar myself but the industry is constantly changing and on our new build Mitch was always going to be doing it even though I still had my own solar accreditation. 56 panels, true east west orientation, 23.32kw’s of panels, producing 15 kw per hour export for most of the day. I found Eco Bay Electrical via the Solar Quotes website and had a call back within 24hrs with an on-site quote arranged for the following day, and an install 2 weeks later - absolutely fantastic turnaround time and great communication from both Mitch and his dad Craig.I thought the quote was well priced, and matched with what we discussed during the on site visit. I've had friends remark that they thought I did really well to find such a good deal for a 3-phase double storey install.Mitch and his team were prompt and friendly on both days (they were nearly blown off the roof it was so windy the first day and had to come back the next day to do the panels).
