Went in early on Wednesday morning, as soon as they opened. I’d checked the website and knew what I wanted but it said not in store so thought I’d ask how long, other stores etc? Before making a decision.Lucy was an amazing, bright, cheerful, super helpful young lady!Lucy was still setting up but said actually I think we had some of them delivered by mistake from the warehouse that haven’t been returned yet, I’ll check for you.Sure enough exactly what I wanted and enough for my order. Lucy talked to me about my tiling plans and discussed suitability and wear rating like a pro, all while still starting her computer ready for the day ahead. Then to top it off she loaded my car for me and everything!Very professional service, easy to deal with and great product knowledge!Thanks Lucy!
