I had an accident on Alrxamdria. I was not at fault. And other party was never cooperating. As I don't have insurance ; I was thinking I might need to pay for it. But I was lucky; I came to BKB to find out how much was it. And rest was magic. The owner done things for me like this. Only I gave authority to them. They did everything for me. Gave me free courtesy cars.I have no words to describe them. Unbelievable help I got from them.I must recommend all my friends to come here.I Repair my vehicle on their Eastwood branch.

Once my car got hit by another car from the back and was towed to BKB Alexandria shop for repair. I think the guys there really provide good customer service. They even arranged me a courtesy car during the repair time. Really appreciated that they could fix my car so efficiently and so far everything works fine!

Terrible experience, they will try to rip you off by car repairing knowledge. If you are not professional save your time and money just go somewhere else. I think all reviews here are bought.

Not to trust. They will set you up to come back for other problems and i got plenty to prove.They will damage your vehicle and keep quiet.Neither my self , my children and friends will go back.I'll give no star for the business and 1 star for some staff

These guys really helped us out. I smashed my car, and was twice quoted $4000, BKB did it for less than half. They gave us a great courtesy car while ours was fixed, and the job was done in less than a week. More than that, they were helpful and communicative, which was very appreciated in a stressful situation!

These guys are legends. Took my car in when the battery light started flickering, and they said it might just be the alternator regulator instead of the whole alternator, turned out to be a much cheaper fix than I expected. Then I brought it in for a rego check and they fixed the oil leak that three other mechanics in the past had tried quick fixes for --- no more black smoke and constant topping up the oil!EDIT: Actually the leak has started again but it's much slower. Still better than before.
