7-Eleven Virginia

I'm not comfortable dishing out negative reviews on small business's and small family run franchises, but I am rather dirty about my stale muffin, the horrible tasting coffee and the chitty customer service I experienced from this 7-Eleven today.I'll happily drive to Virginia for a coffee and decent customer service in future.

Actually the worst 7/11 around, rude af staff (especially the lady there) that don’t comprehend what’s being asked. Always receive the wrong packet of smokes with no apologies or refund/ swap. Can’t work out math half the timeNeed more competent workers

Customer service does not exist here. I won't be back.

7-Eleven Virgina made me feel unvalued, was extremely rude, unprofessional and compared me to a thief!My rego was expired by 2 day and the indian manager and his assistant stopped the fuel on me and refused service to me.I am a professional and work full time and my rego bill was an oversight which was paid immediately. However, my bill is my business and not 7-Eleven's business.I was shocked by the indian manager and his assistant for stopping fuel and refusing to serve me and extremely rudeness. I will never shop here again and will tell all my family and friends!!!

I could only put a review by giving at least one star but I would rather not give any. The customer service I received today was disgusting, the man at the counter was very arrogant. My son brought what he believed was a chocolate milk shake from the machine but when he drank it in the car it was coffee. I tasted it and took it back in. The man tried to explain that that was his choice on the machine and continued to tell me it was chocolate. I told him it’s not chocolate it’s coffee. He continued to argue his point I was running late for an appointment and I said to him can we just swap it for chocolate. He said that’s what he chose and no he couldn’t swap it. I left the coffee on the counter and said keep it but I’ll never return again.I’ve worked in customer service for a very long time and this man’s behavior and service was the worst I’ve seen in a very long time. I will never return. Please retrain your staff or if this was the owner you probably should look at working in a non customer service industry.

Got two slurpees a few days ago, and a friendly man at checkout said that there was some promotion with slurpees - a bag of sour candies. I said sure, paid and left.Only then I realized that I paid $2 for that bag of useless candies.The promotion turned out to be that the candies were $2 instead of $2.50.Two dollars isn’t a big deal, but I don’t like being fooled like at this service station.

I went in to pay for my fuel to be told it was paid for I thought wow thanks so much to whoever did that just when I needed it never In my life has something like that happened to me. But then to be told by the lady oh no it must of been a mistake you have to pay for a different pump I wasn't on and not evan the amount or fuel I used so I argued with her a bit and ended up paying and leaving with kids in tow because she said I was wrong so I guess they are pocketing the $100 they made me pay for not happy jan

Terrible customer service. Made an honest mistake with the price lock in app and got e10 instead of unleaded, and they wouldn't give it to me at the locked in price, because their system wouldn't let them". Really feel dudded by this servo. It is managed by beaurocratic numpties who refuse to be kind and do not offer good customer service."

There is no customer service at 7-Eleven Virgina. The two indian guys were rude and aggressive. I will never come back here again.

Poor customer service. A lady at customer service desk, not happy to serve. Advertised as free coffee with any purchase on 7/11 day but she didn’t wanted to give a free coffee, billed for everything.Worst experience.
