Vanessa was simply brilliant. She was great to deal with in the lead up to the wedding and the ceremony was perfect. She listened to what we were looking for and delivered it flawlessly.

Vanessa recently officiated as our wedding celebrant and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. Due to covid delays, our date changed quite a few times and this allowed us to meet with Vanessa a couple of times in person before our ceremony. While being completely professional in her business, Vanessa is very friendly, warm and accommodating. Our hearts were set on holding our ceremony on a rock platform at our favourite beach on the northern beaches. She happily clambered out to the site to check it out prior to the day. The weather on our wedding day meant that we had to use our wet weather back up at the last minute, and Vanessa easily changed modes to 'indoor ceremony' and it all went off without a hitch. She captured our relationship and personalities so well and all of our family and friends commented on this. Our ceremony was a perfect balance of humour, poignancy along with the serious bits and tears and laughter was sprinkled between all present. Thanks Vanessa for making our special day extra special.

Vanessa was our celebrant at our recent wedding. She is thoughtful and experienced and helped guide us through the whole process of deciding what to include in our ceremony and making it personal and special for us. On the day when there were necessary last minute changes, she helped us remain calm and ensured the ceremony ran smoothly. We highly recommend Vanessa :)

I recently attended a Naming Ceremony. The family booked Vanessa as their celebrant and all family and friends commented on the fun and warmth that she injected in to the afternoon. Vanessa took time to get to know the parents, so that the official welcoming of the new family member was much more than just a formal dedication. Vanessa brought the value and fun of a new life to the ceremony. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for sincerity and joy.

Arranging a wedding during a pandemic and from interstate was never going to be easy, but when it came to choosing a marriage celebrant, we could not have done better than to choose Vanessa Ballard. We had an awesome day and received so many comments about how “like us” the vows were. Vanessa's ability to capture our essence and personalities all over a couple of facetime chats, then adding just the right amount of humour and seriousness to our day was amazing. Vanessa is a fantastic celebrant and I highly recommend her. She was very professional and took the time to get to know us and what was important to us as a couple. Vanessa has a lovely gentle style which puts people at ease. She is a warm and welcoming person who clearly loves what she does. We were given a lot of choices for our wedding ceremony and Vanessa prepared a detailed script so we knew exactly what to expect. She provided expert advice and support and I found her experience and suggestions very helpful. She took care of all the small details and checked in with us so we always knew what was happening at her end.

From the moment we met Vanessa we both felt at ease and knew we were in good hands. Vanessa guided us on the Ceremony as we hadn’t a clue what we wanted. Her warm, calm and relaxed approach and attention to details made the whole experience so positive. Vanessa was always quick to answer queries and accomodate our many changing ideas and plans.I could not recommend Vanessa enough for a calm and relaxed approach to your wedding or ceremony.
