Went there this morning (saturday 16th may) to get some prices on pvc cafe blinds. Seemed to be very limited workers. We got there 12.05 and waited for help until 1.25 and decided we could no longer sit around waitibg for help. When we left ther was still 2 people in front of us waiting and they were livid too. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.Will never visit there again.

Sadly lacking staffI have shopped at the Lonsdale branch for the past 30 years. I bought all my fencing, roofing and even paint from them. Last week I contacted them for a price on a replacement garage lift door. Here we are a week later and no response. Don't get me wrong the staff are friendly and very obliging but there is not enough staff even during the week to discuss quotes or mix paint. I have since gone direct to a manufacturer and had my replacement door delivered today.I hope management takes on board my comments and provides additional staff to help the existing staff who do a great job under the circumstances.

Went to the Lonsdale store to sort out a new shed. I spoke to Andrew, who showed me the sheds and helped organise my order. I needed to adjust the order after getting home and Andrew went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend paying the guys at Stratco Lonsdale a visit, they are very helpful and I will be using them again.
