Dr Thwe and staff are incredible! I grew up having very traumatic dental visits, but this crew make it very comfortable. They let me know what's happening and are constantly checking in with me. The screen hooked up to multiple video programs is also an excellent addition to staying relaxed. I had a very deep filling replaced and remember the awful experience of getting it done many years ago, so I was extremely nervous! Well I'm thrilled to report I didnt feel a thing!! Thank you to everyone there :)

Had my wisdom Tooth out on Friday due to an infection, well priced great communication throughout the whole procedure and a dentist that takes care when performing surgery. Rang the day after to see how I was recovering which shows how the surgery goes beyond their duties for patient care. Your not another $ symbol to the staff here your a regarded member of society. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

The Dentists of Grafton staff are all very friendly, lending hands to squeeze and tissues to wipe away tears, encouring you and telling you how the process of the procedure is going. I would definitely recommend The Dentists of Grafton to family and friends. Renae at the service desk is very friendly and polite and is there to help with everyones needs.

One star because they are friendly, but the dental work on my son is awful, the fillings have fallen out twice and I didn't realise that they charged us to replace them so now we only have $150 left on our Medicare allowance that $850 they've taken for two fillings that have fallen out twice and one is still not sealed I have to pick food out of a hole every time he eats. I'm now looking for a dentist if anyone knows one that can fix the mess is my poor 5 year olds mouth. Don't go there

Received excellent treatment for an emergency dental tooth problem within 24hrs and the team couldn't have been nicer! The skilled Dentist communicated problem and treatment plan clearly.

Had a widsom tooth removed and was extremely pleased with results! Super caring and friendly staff that made the whole process and absolute breeze! Will be my regular dentist from now on, noone else in Grafton even comes close!
