Terrible service! Cashier Kowsar said that my medication would be ready in 20 min and she would call my name when it is ready. I was sitting next to her and was waiting for 45 min and no one called my name. When I asked another cashier to check if my medication was ready, she said that yes, it was waiting for me, but no one called my name! Very disappointed! Will never come back!

Literally the worst assistance I’ve had at any chemist warehouse.The first young counter girl ignored me completely.Then I asked the pharmacist for assistance, specifically if Menavit is a good aid with birth assistance for men, he asked “is that even for you?” In which I replied “yes.. Elevit is for women and Menavit” is for men and then he instantly said yes it is good with no further explanation and walked off.It seems the pharmacist needs to be aware of what’s what and if they don’t know don’t just throw a yes at me, but find someone who actually knows.Just want to add the lady at the front counter was great :)

Really small and cramped store, no space to pass other customers on aisles, no proper waiting area for prescriptions. I was told my prescription would take 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked them to check what's holding it up, only to be told they don't have it in stock.

I tried not to review this business for months, but today it was the last drop. I left my prescription at 11 am, advising the waiting time is around 40 minutes, came back at 2.50 pm just to find out they picked the wrong medications, although my regular medications are in the system for years. Had to wait another 20 minutes to be fixed. In the past, when I left my prescriptions for later pick up, due to long periods of waiting, when I came back after few hours I still had to wait again because they were too busy". Someone in charge certainly should review the operation at this store."

Very sharp prices, big savings against regular pharmacies, antifungals iron, vitamins, aftershave, many items aggressively priced. Go there when your going to bunnings etc save both ways, easy parking,INNALOO chemist and bunnings 30 metres apart. Save money, unless your getting it for free haha, don't think so!

The chemist could work on his customer relations. I asked him how many repeats and he asked if I collected my last then just walked off. After sometime I realised that was the end of the communication. Was also not advised of wait estimate they normally give. Wish if he had a bad day that I did no have to be on the receiving end
