TI bought a bench from this company, it arrived broken and useless. Tried to contact them to return goods but they don't provide any phone or other contact details. This company is DODGEY avoid at all costs!!!

Left my parcel right out the front door in plain sight, so lucky no one stole it. I have a side area that is hidden. Not very bright or no care factor

If I could rate this company with a minus 5 stars I would. This is Sello Products Pty Ltd. Ortho pet bed ordered, paid for in full on 12 June 2023, email received 13 June 2023 with product dispatched same day (so they say). Checked with courier a few times, they divulged today, 19 June 2023 that on 16 June 2023 Sello Products Pty Ltd sent notification to all couriers, it has put all product dispatch on hold until further notice. No advice from Sello Products Pty Ltd. Sent a number of emails to Sello Products Pty Ltd requesting to know exactly what is happening with product I purchased and exactly where it is. Sello Products Pty Ltd advised Aust. Post tracking number where in fact it was a tracking number with a totally different courier company - Hunter Express (at no fault).Terrible with meaningless excuses on reply emails. Advised Sello Products Pty Ltd, I want my money back, refunded in full and paid into my Paypal account asap. ACCC, Paypal will be notified of this sham. Terrible company to deal with.

Spent $700 and was broken the first time I moved it not happy now they don't want to know about it going to consumer affairs see if they can help. Finally after getting Ebay and going to consumer affairs I got a $650 refund as they weren't prepared to give me a full refund pretty pathetic really.

I bought two EMITTO LED swimming pool lights from this outfit, bought through MyDeal. They will not accept that one light doesn't work and want video evidence that it doesn't work! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! There's no contact number and they don't respond to emails.
