I rented a property through Woodards Elsternwick for the past 2 years. Louise Scarcella was a terrific agent to deal with. Communication, responsiveness and helpfulness was outstanding compared to my past experiences. She was very helpful in understanding my situation and she cetainly accommodated any possible help. I believe she is a great individual and a real asset to Woodards and their clients.

I did not enjoy dealing with Louise Scarcella. She was often unnecessarily combative and generally unfriendly. She made several small mistakes during our tenancy.

During my tenancy, I found the team to be very professional and pro-active when it came to any maintenance, repairs or issues that needed to be resolved. As a tenant in a rental property managed by Woodards, I had an excellent experience dealing with my agent Matthew Pacholec who provided above level service.Entry and exit to the property, the rental agreement and the bond was efficient and seamless. All repair requests were responded to quickly and taken seriously via email and phone. I never had any issues, and would highly recommend Woodards as a rental provider.

Very helpful, friendly, understanding and replies promptly for all enquiries.I can see a long professional relation with Woodards Elsternwick as I find Kaitlyn’s being an excellent property manager. As we all have busy schedules in which I have found that Kaitlyn has made the managing of my apartment lease a stress-free operation.I highly recommend this company and especially Kaitlyn Brand, because of the professional property manager Woodards Elsternwick has shown.

Review is for Louise Scarcella - who is the most incompetent property manager I've ever met. She is very unprofessional ignoring correspondence and is quite combative for no reason.I agree with the other 2 negative reviews about her.

Woodards have managed the rental of our duplex apartments for years and have been extremely professional and easy to deal with. Being older apartments, sadly items would fail from time to time. I was always quickly informed by Louise Scarcella who was always able to quickly arrange for the issues to be resolved.

I had a great experience and received exceptional service from Deanna at Woodards. I have worked with a few property managers over time, and I have to say I have not met anyone as diligent and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Woodards Elsternwick.
