Pen City

Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered a Parker converter, Pilot Metropolitan and Monteverdi pens, the expected date of delivery was between 9 and 14 June, but arrived here in WA today, 7/06/22. Well done! CH

By far the best customer experience I have had with a retailer in such a long time, it was so refreshing to see that some companies still care about making their customers happy. I purchased a vintage fountain pen from Pen City, Jake is so knowledgeable and so well versed, he really knows his stuff. I am extremely happy with my purchase and won't ever hesitate to keep going back and referring all of my friends and colleagues to this store. Was a fan of the store in Elizabeth St. and always had great service from Jake - as a young lad - he knew his stuff, and provided great service. Was disappointed when the shop departed - but not Jake - he is still there at the end of a call to assist/advise, and I needed urgent attention... as a dropped my gorgeous fountain pen onto the foot path - and nib damaged. A quick call to Jake, express post across to him - and within a day - on its way back - FIXED!! I may never make it back physically to Ravenhall - but knowing that Jake is always there to assist... such as above... arent we lucky in Melbourne having such a service! Regards - and THANKS - Tony

I like experimenting with pens but really get overwhelmed and intimidated by them. I had the best experience with being shown the types of pens and paper that were robust and built for people like me. The very friendly person spent almost 45 minutes having fun with getting me to try out pens and not be afraid it was awesome. I walked away with a card and waited a few weeks for a particular pen to be in stock just so I could make sure I ordered it from them. They have even offered to help fit the nib and shave down some of my own custom nibs from home to fit the new pen. Way above and beyond what I was expecting, such a great experience.
