Awesome, friendly people and terrific atmosphere. My daughter (11) has been boxing at Tommy’s gym for a couple of years now and the skills and fitness she has gained from the training sessions have given her an advantage in her day to day life and other athletic commitments.

Highly recommend their juniors boxing classes. Tommy and Chris do an excellent job pushing my children to their limits. They have made a huge improvement to my children's attitudes and fitness levels.
