As a landlord Nisha & her team have been looking after me for 5 years. When my tenant gave notice with a vacating date of 21st December I was worried the house would be vacant over Christmas but they secured a great tenant to move in before Christmas. Unfortunately, that fell through. The team continued to work through the break with a new tenant moving in 3rd January. They've also been diligent with obtaining access to address maintenance issues, even when this has been challenging and completed regular property inspections. I highly recommend this agency.
