My interactions with anyone from PMC have always been positive. Extremely friendly and helpful team, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I’ve purchase multiple products from the store, like helmets, tyres, etc and I have always been extremely happy with the products and service / support. Now I just need to buy a new bike. :)I would highly recommend PMC to anyone with bicycle or bicycle parts / accessories needs.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with PMC. I rented a high end road bike for 3 weeks at a very economical price and the experience was splendid. Their main man Zaur was always super helpful and prompt with communication. He did a great job in preparing the bike for me on time, and gave some helpful tips on how to navigate through the Australian traffic.The store is well equipped with new bikes and accessories, and being a cycloholic I couldn’t resist myself from splurging the bucks on some gear.Zaur always went the extra mile in ensuring that I have a good experience while riding in Australia. I highly recommend this outlet to whoever is looking to rent cycles or buy new cycles / accessories.

We are visiting from out of the country but wanted to do some road cycling here in Melbourne. The shop was very communicative with all the questions I had over email.We rented two carbon road bikes and we did not miss our own bikes at all. The gears were dialled impeccably and each bike came with a saddlebag with CO2, tubes, and even a multitool. The included helmets were of good quality. Definitely good value; I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to hire a bike.

Zaur & simon were amazing & really helped in the process of purchasing 2 bikes & i would 100% recommend looking at these guys when looking to purchase a high end bike or a Sunday stroller. Fantastic honest people.

NYE needed a new tubeless 32 road tyre before long weekend. Bike shops closed, bike at home and I was away. Asked my wife to find a shop and they were great, stayed open and fitted. Pirelli Centurato. First time used. Great choice, good tyre and big thank you to first experience with a good local bike shop.

Blown away by the incredible service at PMC by Simon and Zaur. They were incredibly knowledgeable and treated my bike with the upmost care and professionalism. Can’t recommend PMC highly enough and will continue to come back! I am no bike expert and was a little nervous about bringing my bike in but Simon helped so much and gave me lots of great info, extremely grateful!
