Not a very professional service!The people that did our uplift definitely needed more training, they left items that should have been taken (like a whole drawer of utensils in the kitchen, a sheet in the linen cupboard, a large plant stand etc) and they took items that we specifically told to leave.When the items were delivered there were some items not even in boxes....as they opened the back of the container a moving blanket with a vase inside fell out as they didn't pack it in a box it had been rolling around the whole timeThey also packed items together that should have been in separate boxes, whilst unpacking kitchen boxes there were bathroom items (soap, cleaning products etc) mixed in with the contents running through all the kitchen itemsI do not recommend this company

The fellows involved in the move were prompt, polite, professional, and had a good camaraderie whilst doing the job.Contact with Mark and Craig beforehand was also positive.

I found Allied Pickford to be professional and courteous. They have a tremendous team and work together very well, the office staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. Thank you our move was stress free and everything was delivered with care.

The office staff were easy to deal with. Professional and bend over backwards to help make the move easier. The removal guys were also professional, helpful and did their jobs well. Packing everything really well and packing it safely and secure. They also have a storage facility that our furniture is in, waiting for the tenant to move out of our house. I said to my husband “I’m not moving again (work related)”. Haha. But if we ever did this is the company I will be calling. Thank you.

Well, I can't give you any stars at all, because nothing has arrived yet. I was told it would arrive in 4 weeks maximum from pick up. That time limit was last Friday. When I phoned to enquire last week, all my stuff was still in Brisbane. So no,I am not happy.

You know how removalists ask you to post reviews so they give you a cheaper rate? These guys didn’t. They were just so good that I wanted to give them a good review anyway.Mark managed to organise a move on short notice. He squeezed my booking into an already busy week. It took them less than 1.5hrs to load & unload at each end. Nothing was broken. Would definitely recommend!

I am rating three stars, as our experience was both positive and negative.The good:- Good communication prior to pickup;- Pickup went smoothly- Cartons provided were good quality, and the removalists usage of thick plastic and blankets protected our goods well. I collected extra cartons three times and this was no issue- The team that performed the drop off in Brisbane (3 men) were efficient and friendly, I cannot fault them at all. They worked well together and handled our goods with care.- The way it was packed was impressive. Nothing was broken and they managed to fit so much in the truck.The bad:- Delivery of our goods was delayed from Friday to Monday- We were only advised of the delay at 1pm on Thursday, this did not give us much time to make alternate living arrangements for us and our 4 pets- No one would give us a clear answer as to why our goods were delayed. I could not get an answer to a simple question such as when did the goods actually leave/arrive by train. Whilst I can accept the delay, I cannot accept the lack of transparency by Allied and the lack of ownership to the delay.- Operations office in Brisbane did not call back when they said they would- We were advised it would only be confirmed at 6am Monday if our drop off was going ahead that morning. This created a challenge as we were staying 2 hours from the house.- Lastly, they stick labels to EVERYTHING. These labels are not easy to remove, and leave sticky residue on your belongings.Overall, I think that I would recommend Allied only for moves by road.

Well planned and executed process, the staff were very helpful and removals team really looked after our belongings.

From the first phone contact, the service was excellent. Goods arrived on the day and in excellent condition. Very pleasant to work with. Thank you.
