Zero stars. The staff seemed annoyed that we wanted to know the prices and actually see the items before we bought. Do yourself a favour and buy the items from david jones, they're the same prices. I do like the actual items but I would never visit this store again.

Visited here at around 5:15 today (Wednesday) to buy a couple of vases we had our eye on. Woman serving us was rude and not only complained but refused to unpack stock out the back which contained the very vases we were interested in and were going to buy there and then. She told us off for not purchasing the goods last week when we were there. Then wondered why they’re missing out on sales...

One of my favourite Australian stores. The DD products are great for all occasions and the staff are very helpful in helping you make a selection. I always find something to add to my collection here!
