Bob slotted me in at short notice to fit an Andersen plug from my car battery to caravan. He was thorough and talked me through the job, and we were back on our way in a couple of hours. Bonus points scored for not only driving me into town to the ATM, but also picking up my family in the pouring rain from the local library. Thanks Bob, everything works perfectly!
