I'm really happy with my new couch. The whole process from purchasing to delivery was super easy. Communication and paperwork was super easy too.The delivery guys need a raise - they were very accommodating and helpful.

We purchased a L shaped couch and TV unit. Hollu had amazing costumer service, as he helped me match all my furniture such as the coffee table and the TV unit, console and lamp table. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I have recommended this store to all my friends.

Fantastic service. We bought so many of our furnitures from this store. The manager, Hollu, is very caring towards his costumers and provided us with excellent customer service. He did his best to have the furniture delivered as soon as possible. I will be buying the rest of my furniture from here.

Nick Scali has disappointed me greatly. I got four items, two of which had issues and were of lower quality than what I saw in the store. Instead of replacing them, Nick Scali dispatched someone to repair them at my place!I understand that there are currently delivery issues everywhere, but my experience with Nick Scali has been significantly worse when compared to other companies.

Couch was delivered with a foot protector missing from one leg, leaving an exposed nail head which has caused damage to my newly polished floorboards. I lodged a claim to customer service only to be told that as I have moved the couch slightly (around 1m) from the position it was placed in by the delivery driver that my claim has been rejected. Absolutely ridiculous response. Will be referring this matter to consumer affairs.

What an absolute joke of a company, not only did I not get my delivery but they refused to reschedule to a time I had off of work. They then refused to answer emails and call. Not one person I spoke to would even offer an apology on behalf of Nick Scali. Will definitely not be buying anything from here again!!

We are very disappointed with the operational model of Nick Scali.Very disappointed with our recent purchase with Nick Scali. We have purchased a floor stock from the outlet and the delivery date has been amended a few times (especially when we purposely mentioned NOT to deliver on a certain date, and yet it was schedule on that date). We have wasted our times trying to re-schedule and we heard nothing from them. The worse had yet to happened! When we tried to track down our item, the staff and area manager could not work out where the item was and the worst thing is, they can't even make the effort to call the outlet and check if the item is still there, rather, they EMAIL the outlet (and they sent several EMAILS).After a month worth of hassle, we decided to go to the store and check. The item is still there! The kind staff at the outlet work with us to rearrange another delivery by ourselves. We are completely disappointed with the inefficient system of Nick Scali. Worst customer experience.

Simple do not purchase .It's been 8 weeks my dining table has not come .No responsible person in this company.
