The shop is large, clean and well organized with a high stock level and the staff are very welcoming, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great service, answered all my questions and was able to help me on a new road bike.

Dropped by Giant bikes Wollongong this morning to see if we could get the handle bars on my wife’s new Giant Liv road bike lifted higher. Tim with no hesitation switched the stem around and then removed the foot straps from the peddles…all at no charge and we were back on the road. Big thanks to Tim, great service. Legend.

Very terrible experience. Came in just to get a new pair of brake pads for my road bike and was treated terribly. The employee (not name shaming) had no respect for me, treated me like a nobody, I was treated as if he was so much better than me and thought he was a know it all. I felt like I had no value entering this store and my thought and opinions were always pushed away due to the employee thinking they were on a higher class than me. I was pushed into having to spend money on getting my brake pads installed when I claimed repeatedly I can do it my self. I was told there was no stock for the pads I was after and then was given the pads I was after from a random shelf where the bikes are serviced. Never coming back to such a terrible workplace culture where it is clear the exchange from the customer to the employee in terms of customer interaction is incredibly poor. This business seriously needs to reconsider who they recruit.

Great range of MTB clothing to choose from with a wide size range in stock. So much better to try stuff on rather buying online and taking a random guess on what'll fit.

Was a quite disappointing experience. I called the shop and asked for a rental bike. Employee or Owner told that a bike should be available and we made an appointment for the next day. Next morning I arrived in the shop and the guy had a look for a bike. I asked how it works with the rental and he answered: give me an ID and 150bucks and bring it back in the afternoon. From my point of view it was pricy for three or four hours and answered that to him. Same time I asked to see the bike. He declined and said that I said: it is too expensive. That was strange because of not knowing what bike was available. When it would have been an outstanding bike, it might worth to spend the money. Due to that it was a waste of time. I would not recommend the shop to anybody. First impression was really bad and arrogant.

We have just purchased our third bike from Giant Wollongong and the service was fantastic. Ryan and Tim went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.. We are from the Sutherland Shire, and when we purchased our first two Gaint bikes a couple of years ago our local Giant shop wasn’t interested in helping us - they lost a local customer and we are more than happy to travel to Wollongong for all of our bike purchases. We’ll done team, a great customer experience.
