If you only have time to read the first few lines then my recommendation is go with Econnect. Professional team and seamless from start to finish.We were first introduced to Econnect Solar via a door to door sales guy. Whilst we were thinking about solar, it was not part of our immediate plans. The Gentlemen was well mannered and kept the conversation brief by advising he could arrange for a consultant to come around and provide information and a proposal.The consultant showed up a few days later and was very thorough and professional with no hint of typical door to door pushiness. He discussed Econnect as a company, the parts they sourced and why, and provided a very thorough pricing analysis based on current government rebates and what we were currently paying. With a sound ROI figure it did make sense to pursue this now.From here forward to complete installation and commissioning the whole process was completely seamless. Econnect did everything including liaison with our energy provider and the meter suppliers.Our energy bills have been slashed and satisfied knowing that we are helping reduce emmissions.

We’re extremely happy with our solar system! Before we had solar our bills were around $450 a quarter. Now we are in decent credit with our energy provider so we couldn’t be happier! Econnect Solar has made the whole process so easy and we felt supported through it all. Would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in solar!

We could not be happier with the installation of our Solar Power system. It has performed exactly how Econnect Solar calculated it would. The whole process has been straight forward since the initial meeting with Gordon the consultant. There was no pressure at any stage. The installation team were also very professional in their manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Econnect to anyone contemplating upgrading to solar power. A great young Australian company!

Really professional company. Staff were all very helpful and did a great job installing solar at my house. Quality product and service, and I feel the company is much more trustworthy than other solar companies out there - most others are selling lower quality products over the phone with quick hard sell approach.

Very happy with the service! So I looked into solar and assessed a few companies for workmanship, customer service and positive reviews. Econnect are everything you read on google reviews. Panels are German made and the inverters are good quality with excellent warranty. We had one small issue with the workmanship resulting in a tile separating during installation and this wasn't discovered until we had heavy rainfall in February. This lead to the giprock getting wet. We called econnect and they sent a team out within the hour and they fixed the roof in the rain on a Friday. Saturday the giprocker repaired the roof and Monday the painter painted the roof. We also received the $300 rebate on recommending to others. It was a little bit hard to chase but we got there in the end.Highly recommended Econnect!

So happy with the service from Econnect. From the initial consultation where our energy bill indicators were explained, to the install and after install service, the team were fantastic. Friendly, informative and great communication and follow up. The system is working great and we have virtually been in credit with our bill ever since! Highly recommend.

Started job 27th April 2021, Still waiting for installation to be finished as they damaged our roof and stopped work. Still waiting for repair on roof and having difficulty to contact them, left multiple messages with no response, pensioners feeling the pinch. Looks like we will have to go to tribunal to get our roof fixed. Very very disappointed in work quality and professionalism(no paperwork or safety harnesses)

We have been very impressed with Econnect Solar's business operation in a number of ways-1. Professionalism at all points2. Weather permitting, they arrive as planned.3. Speed of installation. These guys are fast.4. Quality- The work quality is of a high standard. As a Licensed Electrician and past Installation Inspector, it's good. From the first consultation to installation the group acted in a completely professional manner, the installation was carried out and finished to a high degree of efficiency, without any issues. The system installed has proven to be everything thing the young lady that provided the first consultation said it would, and has actually helped to reduce my power accounts considerably, all said and done the investment with Econnect Solar is definitely proving to be a decision well made.
