Maria and the team at MARCS Property are the most professional real estate that I have been fortunate enough to deal with. I rented property not here in Australia but around the world and without a doubt they have been the easiest and friendliest business to deal with. Nothing was ever too difficult when it came to getting things sorted out. Even if there was a breakdown in communication Maria went far and beyond to ensure that things were resolved quickly and seamlessly. I can't recommend Maria and MARCS Property highly enough. Whether is be as a rental customer or having them Manage your property portfolio you cannot possibly go wrong. Due to misunderstanding and lost of communications I was under the impression that this company doesn't care. Maria had the courage to follow up my complaints and fixed up everything. The service she provided was immpeccable. Maria drove out of her way from Bella Vista to meet me in St Marys to show the property on the market. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism. From the very first meeting, we felt there was a connection with Maria. In ONLY 10 days our property was sold for a record price without the need to go to AUCTION. How did this happen? Maria recommended and ACTIVELY worked with the interior designer, repair man, marketing and landscapist to make sure the house was at a optimal level before selling.
