Donna was very knowledgeable and set up some last minute accommodation and conveniences for a long trip. She worked out of business hours to make it happen and was very good to deal with. I recommend her as a travel agent and was impressed with the service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with travel consultant Nick Bowman a month ago whilst trying to arrange a family trip to the Sunshine Coast.He was professional, prompt, and easy to deal with. It made my travel booking experience an absolute breeze and he took the stress out of travel. He did everything from flights to accomodation, to the car hire! The prices were great too. I will be contacting Nick in the future as I know I will be in safe hands!Thanks heaps for making the process so pleasant and for keeping me informed about my options!Damian.

Booking a holiday has never been made easier with Mat Botin's assistance. I really had no idea where I wanted to travel to next and Mat came up with an amazing itinerary for my cousin and I, it truly was an unforgettable trip. Recently had a complex issue with the Virgin and Qantas credits I had and wanted to use them toward my new booking. called flight centre and was lucky enough to be answere by Yeter from this branch. On time , professional and very friendly service. Will call these guys directly whenever I need a travel arrangement.strongly recommended

This complaint is for Donna as i find your communication to be very rude, racist and unprofessional. I requested for a Qartar credit through the right format which was not done. Instead Donna personally sends me an appalling email telling me not to email them. Please do the right thing and rectify the errors on my Qartar flight credit.I want a full correct credit of my amount issued to me

Took our son's partners 2 dogs in for a groom as they were going to say a final farewell to her. Jess and the other groomer were extremely helpful and good with the dogs. It was greatly appreciated by all. Can highly recommend them.
