Have had a ranger 2.2 in the service department for 8 weeks for a new engine, after many calls decided to speak to the service manager (we had another one do the same thing but got towed to another location which got turned around in 3 weeks). This was probably one of the worst conversations iv ever had, Customer service is deffently not a key skill and even suggested i was the problem as they told me they where busy, I hope others get a better response.

I was browsing the XR8 but I didn’t like it. They had a VF Commodore SSVII Redline (YM16) on site to my surprise and it had only 30,000 km’s. Worth roughly $50K+, I haggled the price down to $46K and bought it on the spot. I think everyone will be impressed on the story and car!

I had a breakdown and one mechanic didn't look after me at all from a different store, but when I moved the car to ford service they immediately ordered a part from Sydney and had it fixed the next day.Exceptional service, id highly recommend them as your mechanic in Goulburn.
