From the positive learning environment created by Coach Mel and the community that grew from it to the in-depth content of the ins and outs of coaching, the Catalyst Coach Certification lives up to its name to accelerate change and unlock potential.I joined CCC 2020 with a deep hunger to grow and learn the skills of facilitating growth in others. By the end of the program I had learned exactly that and had gained, on a personal level, much more than I expected.

Good things come to those who wait! I waited as I looked for the right training provider for my coaching education, and I so glad I did it with Catalyst Coach under Mel's leadership. As a busy working mom, I found the program easy to follow, well organised, thorough and the assignments a 'fun' stretch.90-minutes a week with a weekly reflection worked perfectly for me. The flexibility allowed me to dial in from wherever I was, and when I couldn't attend, the recordings on the website or via dropbox were easily accessible.At the end of the 26 modules, I not only got my coaching education, I have a blog-site, I understand what coaching really is, I made some strong connections and I am excited!The bonus - it has changed my thinking.The program is changing my life! It is making me think about 'what's next', my purpose, my impact. It has made me believe that my possibilities are endless. An encounter with Coach Mel changed my course of life for the better. The CCC program gave a solid foundation to what Coaching is about. The rigour and thoroughness of the program allowed for a firm foundation in the core competencies, and what coaching is about. I knew Coach Mel even before I got into this programme. I had the experienced of being coached by him and Coach Donald. It was a wonderful experience and hence the idea of getting myself to be a certified coach was not a difficult decision. However, I initially was skeptical about signing up CCC as it's an online programme and it made me wonder if it's effective especially this is a soft skill programme where we need a lot of interactions. Well, Coach Mel and all other CCC coaches were all great coaches and lead the programme really well. All the interactions we had were all very genuine and sincere. I would say it touches my heart and helped my CCC learning journey much more meaningful than just being a certified coach. It's about a life changing journey and made me realized that I want to touch other people's life too by being their coach and help them be a better version of themselves. The weekly LIVE" classes we had was really "alive" and were fun with very practical lessons that we can adopt. The reflections that we were assigned as part of the programme requirement had helped in our newfound skills in blogging

I had the pleasure of attending the accredited Catalyst Coaching programme with Mel and his team. The delivery and facilitation was certainly international standards. The theory of Coaching was practical and the sessions engaging for optimal learning. Each facilitator was authentic to their own style, which created a great diverse learning experience. I also appreciated the way varied time-zones was considered. Overall I would certainly recommend Catalyst Coaching to anyone who is pursuing a deeper understanding of Coaching in alignment to the ICF standards.

I joined the Catalyst coaching program 18 months ago. I was a reasonably experienced coach when I joined the program, and so joined primarily to get the ICF certification. As a result, I wasn't expecting to learn very much in terms of coaching skills. Boy was I wrong!!! The program brought my coaching skills to a whole new level. I've remained an active member of the Catalyst community since completing the initial program, and a more supportive community you could not find. Everyone in the community is genuinely invested in each other's success. It's absolutely wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend this coaching program and its supportive community to anyone either starting their coaching journey or wishing to bring their coaching skills to a new level. It was and remains a truly transformative experience, and I am so grateful to have found this wonderful program and community.
