Been a customer for more that 2 years and I find their service exceptional, they do the you ask, but also check and recommend works that you may want to considered to improve your cars performance.Never felt pressured to do any additional works that they recommend but I do appreciate their suggestion, I don't why they got a bad review earlier, but to me they have been professional and courteous

Don’t take your car here. They literally took my lower radiator clamp off and charged me $30 for a new one when I damn well know for a fact there was nothing wrong with it. It was a normal, factory, functioning clamp like all the others in my engine. They add little unnecessary expenses here and there and don’t think it’s wrong because customer can afford it and doesn’t know any better. They also recommended I service my transmission and now it gets stuck so that’s great. I’m sure like every other mechanic shop they’re just business in the interest of making money but it’s still morally wrong.

Pete and the team are exceptional. They go above and beyond. I’ve only ever taken my SS there. Since moving I still travel for these guys to work on my car. I’ve had same day repairs, same day courtesy car. Real honest guys.I’m really fussy and not once have they made me feel awkward about my requests. I will continue to use these guys for years to come.

The best mechanics in the business !! Went to replace my rav4 2011 brakes pads and rotors front and back ..they did fantastic job and in 40-50 minutes I was out with new brakes ....will recommand them every day for any mechanic job ...

These guys are super friendly, professional and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable too with a standard service costing about $170 including oil and filters. So glad to find a good local mechanic.

Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. I was on my way to work appointments when my car started making a horrible sound & battery light flashing. I was across from their mechanics which was perfect timing for my car to give up on me. The boys dropped everything to assist me and spent what felt like an 1hr of their time looking at my car & making calls for best price for parts. They replaced my alternator and fixed brakes which were metal to metal. I only had it serviced at Nissan 6 months ago. Anyhow 22hrs later my car was ready to be collected at cost exactly what they quoted. They also did an amazing clean and fixed my bumper that was half hanging down at no extra cost.. 5 star service. Def servicing my car again at Jacky Jack's!!!
