Having first engaged this firm to transport belongings between two homes I was incredibly impressed and now utilise their services weekly for my work document transport. I can only assume this company is a scam. I ordered a courier online. Price was $29. They took the money. Then I got a call to say - sorry can't deliver today it will be 5 days later OR I could pay $300 for a delivery today!Of course I said no and asked for a refund. Now, of course, I'm fighting to get the money back that was basically scammed from me.Do not risk dealing with this company. Appalling.

Lockdown #6 was here and we could not travel into greater Melbourne to pick up a super important parcel (an engagement ring).Kangaroo Couriers came through and really really helped us get our ring in time for the weekend.It was a big job Rye to Geelong and they definitely stepped up and helped us out.A million thank yous for making it happen.
