Carol's Contented Critters Hope Island

Carol was highly recommended to me and I have used her services on 3 different occasions over the last 18 months. Knowing that my fur baby is getting love and attention while I'm not there is very comforting. I love that Carol and Graham have doggy outings and I especially love the photos I received while I was away :)

I have had Carol visit my cats on several occasions. I am an animal lover, and I rescue for RSPCA & Wildcare Australia, so I’m very protective of my animals. I found Carol to be fantastic, as she treats all animals like family. I came home to very relaxed and content cats.... you wouldn’t have known I had been away! Carol sent me daily updates and photos of what my pair were getting up to, which really helped me to relax and enjoy my holiday. I’m going away again in July, and will definately continue to use Carol to look after my fur babies. A very simple booking process and very highly recommended!

Well what can I say..... Carol goes above and beyond to care for your pet. She genuinely loves animal's and will care for your pet as much as you do. I'm sure if I gave my dogs a choice, they'd leave me for Carol. They actually look like they're smiling in her update photos. One of my dogs gets very scared of thunder. Carol heard that there were Fireworks in my area that night. She made a special trip just to secure him so he didn't run away. I highly recommend Carol and her excellent service. Also make sure you take advantage and get your puppies exercised by Carol. This is not only a small animal service, our Border Collies were very happy with the exercise.

Carol is hands down the absolute best person we've ever had take care of our dogs. Our Border Collies adore her; in fact one of them refuses to ever look at cameras for photos and yet somehow I get all these photo updates from Carol where he's looking directly at the camera and he's smiling. Fair to say he clearly loves her better, which is an excellent indication of the service she provides. Her love and care for animals is evident and I now never have to worry if they're ok when we go away.

My two darling kitties were cared for by Carol for almost a month while I was on holiday. I can't express enough how pleased I was with the way Carol cared for them and showed them love while I was away. Every day she kept me updated with photos & little stories about them on Facebook. They received cuddles on demand, play time and even had lap time with Carol. Their litter was kept clean and she went through their feeding directions meticulously with me before I left.This is the second time Carol has looked after my girls, both times it was for long periods. I want to mention that this isn’t a bit of side income for Carol. She is experienced, reliable and fully committed to the animals and their happiness, as well as providing a professional service. We highly recommend Carol as an amazing Pet Sitter... She definitely goes the extra mile with your fur babies....long energetic walks on the beach or the park or off to the shops..Our little girl usually goes on a hunger strike for about four days when we go away but not with Carol and Graeme, they had her eating on the second day.....We returned home to her smelling beautiful and very contented.Thanks Carol and Graeme for taking such good care of our much spoiled pooch.

I first meet Carol when she came to my home to meet our baby boy Max. Carol and Graeme are nothing short of amazing. We recently moved to the Gold Coast and were looking for the perfect pet sitters for our very anxious mini foxie.Well we found them!!! Carol went over and above visiting our home taking our baby on daytime adventures walks on the beach providing lots of cuddles and ensuring she was fed and comfortable. Carol was able to become best friends with our foxie (not an easy task).Carol keeps you up to date daily with pictures and messages and our foxie has big smiles in every photo. Carol and Graeme have lovingly looked after my animals for over 6 years. Initially they cared for my high needs Mini Foxy (very bad separation anxiety) and my cool as a cucumber cat in their home for a number of years.As our pack has grown to include two Border Collies and a large flock of chickens, Carol has done overnight stays in our home while we have enjoyed a rare break.It is wonderful to go away knowing that all of the animals are lovingly cared for and the house is being looked after in our absence. We always come home to a few extra thoughtful touches left by Carol to make sure the home-coming stress free and you can have a cuppa in the morning without rushing out for milk!I know Carol and Graeme genuinely care for our pets as when we see each other around the Coast my boys go nuts when they see them.
