We asked Tim to install network cables and ports into the upstairs areas of our house as Wifi was no longer cutting it with the demands on data through working at home. Tim inspected the layout prior to the job and provided an outline of what results we could expect. His workmanship is very professional and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Tim was very professional to work with, he returned my call within the hour and was able to address my issue earlier than expected. Tim’s communication was excellent keeping me informed on when and what time he would be arriving. In my opinion this is worth gold. Once Tim arrived his work was completed very smoothly, he had a payment terminal with him which allowed us to pay immediately. A receipt was sent to our mobile and job done! Looks like I'll be the 41st person to give Connect Me 5 stars - prompt in communication and organising a time, professional, gave a good ideas for us to consider with our cabling, and price was very reasonable. He installed a new NBN wall socket for me so I could wall-mount my modem-router out of the way.
