It was 9pm sat night, of course it was.The whole septic was blocked from the house:(The only plumber willing to answer the phone and attend an A/H job that came to our rescue.He arrived when he said he would, was kind, knowledgeable and charged reasonable fees given the situation.I cannot thank you enough for coming out and fixing the issue :)

Discovered my water heater had kicked the bucket and was in an anxious hurry for someone to come have a look. Brad was super helpful, squeezing in a visit to check it out first thing in the morning, then organising a new heater to be installed in the afternoon. He stayed back quite late to make sure it was properly in, saving me from multiple days without any hot water at home. Very happy with the service!

Brad was friendly, professional, prompt, and reliable. We had tried getting quotes from two other plumbers but they never got back to us. One we had actually accepted the quote but never booked us in despite following up several times. On the other hand, we called Brad at 7am, he came over at 8.30am to give a quote, we accepted the quote on the spot, and he finished the work by 12.30pm, all on the same day. The work was good quality, he kept the workspace pretty clean afterwards, all at a good price so we would happily recommend Brad to others.

Brad was so efficient, rang him at 7.30am here by 8.30. He had new hot water service delivered and finished everything by 1.30.So helpful and efficient, I will definitely be using him again.
