Took phone in for screen repair. Upon return discovered there were issues with the touch screen and speaker didn't work. When we took it back for fixing we were told we had had the phone for days and blamed the new issues on our son (said it showed severe symptoms of being dropped" even though there was no damage to the phone). Only reason we had the phone for days is because it was a weekend and couldn't return as shop was closed. After having phone fixed again by Geek Labs the speaker still didn't work. When I expressed my unhappiness with the service I was called "sour." Twice. Having now read other reviews I see this type of thing is not an isolated event. Rather than return the phone for further work we have decided to write off the $225 we wasted on the screen replacement and take our business to a repairer who has more respect for women. Turns out when screen was first removed by Geek Labs they had damaged the speaker cable and it needed to be replaced. Do not recommend using this business. Not interested in a response from Angelo."

Never. Ever. Again.I took my wife's phone in to have a cracked screen replaced.They ended up _completely_ destroying the phone.They're not an Authorised Repairer and (as it turns out) didn't follow the correct disassembly procedure.I had to arrange through Samsung and they eventually provided a replacement out of good will. Geek Labs still charged full price for destroying the phone and wasting two weeks while they pretended to follow up with Samsung.I found them rude, dishonest, and when I asked for a discount, they called the police as a threat.Have a look at the other poor reviews and Geek Lab's aggressive responses for a indication of what they're really like.

I've now had my iphone 6S screen replaced and my vintage (2009) mac laptop battery replaced and cleaned.All working perfectly now.Fast, friendly and the best prices. These guys know their craft.Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed.Excellent job. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

While I was putting my phone in for repair, i told the man that my last quote was $60 cheaper. He slammed my phone on the counter, told me to go away and stormed off.No one deserves to be treated like that, customer or not. I wasted my lunch break to travel to them for nothing, and have left feeling abused.i took my phone to PTC, Belconnen, instead and they were cheaper, faster, had better options and were SO pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend taking your phone to them

Great service & professionalism at an extremely competitive price.Was told by apple my MacBook Pro was essentially a write-off and should be replaced. Geeklabs fixed the issue within the week and honoured their original quote (despite the repair taking more labour and components than they originally estimated).

Had a very slow hard disc replaced by a solid drive with excellent results. George also ran a program which got rid of evil software. Was so impressed that George was tasked to do the same with another computer. Very satisfied with both after several months. Thanks George. I recommend Geek labs.

Had Surface Pro 7 screen repaired. When i went to use the device about a week later (it is not my everyday device) it became clear that the touch screen was not working properly and was intermittently unresponsive or went off on its own.Advised the Guys immediately by text and went in about a week later as it was getting worse. They accused me of having damaged the device subsequent to collecting it (which i had not). It is clear that the repair was beyond their capability and they will not agree to look again at the device without charging me again.Note that their terms and conditions state : c) While we will use due care and skill and all commercially reasonable efforts to provide the services you require, we cannot guarantee that the Services will fix or resolve any or all of your computer issues, problems or concerns.'Very poor customer service and quite aggressive in their accusations toward customer. Will not go back and advise others to avoid.

Really disappointed with my whole experience. After having my phone nearly 4 years with zero screen issues, the screen finally cracked so I took it to Geek Guys to get a new screen. They quoted me $260 and said it would take 1-2 days.After not even 2 weeks of having it back the screen blew up when I plugged it in to charge the battery and ink spread all over the inside of my screen. When I took it back they showed me 2 places where the screen had cracked.The phone had not been dropped, bumped or even mishandled! In fact I was being extra careful with it because of the new screen. All I can think is that it got bumped in my bag while in my wallet??? And I was told it was a genuine, authentic screen not a cheap knockoff. Yeah right. So the original screen takes 4 years to break and the new one 2 weeks because it was so fragile.I was quoted another $210. There was no offer to fix it for free or replace it despite the screen being so fragile it broke after only 2 weeks of normal use. Under the consumer laws the screen was clearly not fit for purpose" but they took no responsibility for the quality of the screen.Since I needed the phone I had it fixed again and was told it would be ready the next day. I didn't hear from them so I called on the third day and was told 'oh we called you yesterday'. I had no missed calls on my phone and no voice messages. They just decided to wait for me to chase them apparently.When I got it back the screen was a dull
