Such a beautiful clinic, all the staff are just so welcoming everyone is so polite it was so nice. The treatment I received was amazing the lady (Kim) was kind and talked me through the whole procedure step by step so I could understand. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all my family and friends can’t wait to go back again

Purchased a three pack of the classic micro online.. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A lot of back and forth between emails, being gaslit, told one thing and then another. Make sure you use emailing if you have any issues, they are very keen on leaving no paper trail and wanting to talk over the phone. The manager of the store Julie decided to call my emergency contact because I didn’t answer her calls and had contacted another clinic explaining I wanted a refund for my remaining two treatments due to my first treatment experience being incomplete (therapist not applying SPF or giving a choice of serum.. as listed on the website) just slapped on some hyaluronic acid and bon voyage.Luckily I have an email trail of my experience.If you want a refund from this franchise prepare yourself to book a drs appointment as they don’t do refunds unless you have an drs note, even if they are incapable of completing a 15min treatment as advertised… it’s on you.

After 10 sessions Brazilian , it does work in the end. But depends who you get for your session each time. Some of the girls are amazing and some just want it over with. I don’t think you’d need as many if you got the good ones more often

I paid for the package fat freezing that cost me 5k, and I have two sessions left, when I called to book at the Booragoon clinic the girl on the phone said It’s expired, but no one ever mentioned to me that there is expiry date. When I tried to resolve this problem, they don’t have any solution and very inconsiderate they cant just get away with taking someones money like that. Do not pay any money upfront to silk laser, pay as you go is safer.

I have visited this silk clinic Booragoon WA the date of 11th March 2023 for my 6th appointment for full face laser treatment. On the day the staff member named “Steffany” who did my treatment and from the beginning she gave me an unprofessional service and asking some extra money inside the treatment room for shave the face. She was hurry to finish the job and she damaged my face during the treatment. I’m really disappointed about the service of Silk clink Booragoon as they do marketing to keep healthy skin, but in practical they damage customers’ healthy skins. I’m not recommend to anyone who really loves their skin for this useless place.

I was treated today 22/04/23 at 12:05 pm by Layla for laser hair removal for half legs, underarms and Brazilian. She had great service by asking about how my treatments were working so far, and adjusting based on my feedback. She was also thorough with the treatment making sure all the skin surface was covered, leaving no hair follicle unturned!Would definitely recommend Silks Laser Booragoon.

Workers there are very lovely and welcoming. Especially, Tiffany who was extremely bubbly and helpful explaining the after care routines!
