I was looking to changing hosting companies for my website to reduce costs.Signed up with one that is a large company. I was told very easy process to change, just had to change some settings. After doing everything I was asked, I was on the phone for 6 days I had no website presence and NO emails! I Googled some more companies, and then decided to find out a little more about a smaller local company.Adrian from Perth IT Care chatted to me. My WordPress website recently crashed & I was locked out of it, along with my cPanel. Perth IT Care literally saved our business in our hour of need.We called Adrian late in the day on Tuesday and explained to him that our (now previous) IT providers had lost all of our emails and were now extorting us for money and holding all our information to ransom.In one very quick phone call both Adrian and Paul leapt into action and by the next morning they had saved our emails and moved us onto a new server. Our website crashed and Fitser who built and hosted the website have gone bust so i was at a dead end and feared the worst outcome . I thought of looking for help from someone local within Perth and came across Perth IT Care . Got in touch with Adrian and Paul and explained my situation . It was amazing how professionally they tackled the problem and within 24 hours my website was recovered and up and running better than ever before . Through my own mistake during an update for my Wordpress based site my website went off line and I was locked out! My web developer at the time was away overseas looking after an ill relative so with time differences was not contactable. Thankfully I backed up the website elsewhere prior to updating. I quickly Googled for help and found Perth IT Care. I filled out their contact form (made a distress call) and in no time Adrian was on the phone helping me out. I sent him my back up files and on the same day the website was up again and I was able to log into Wordpress. Subsequently I have transferred my web hosting to Perth IT Care and it runs faster than ever! If there was more stars above 5 Stars to click ... I would click them in a flash!
