Australia Post - Victoria Point West LPO

Waited in a line of 4 people for 45 minutes! All because they haven’t fixed my post box in 2 weeks, so I cannot access it. Not even an apology about the absurd wait and down right rude to your face. The most shocking service I have received from a business in my life.Wish I read the reviews before purchasing a post box !

STAY AWAYThis establishment should have their franchise revoked, because their service is abysmal. I just received a text message one day, telling me to pick up my parcel from this PO because There was no one home at the time. Well, that was absolute rubbish, because on the day in question, more than 3 people were at home.

Awful customer service, staff are unhelpful and rude. Frequent queues. Post returned due to staff applying postage labels incorrectly. Failed to process refund correctly for postbox service leaving us out of pocket. The list of issues is endless and this has been ongoing for years.

This might just be the worst post office in the country. Shelves are bare and the entire place looks like it's falling apart. Bizarre selection of dusty trinkets for sale that belong in a dollar store.The male worker (owner?) is unpleasant at best and downright rude most other times, and not a single member of staff is capable of serving a customer in anything less than 10 minutes of you're lucky. I just sat in line for 20 minutes while TWO separate employees puzzled over a passport photo for an infant while the line grew and grew, all just to purchase a prepaid mailbag. The line is always out the door.They are also no longer open on Saturdays either, so unsure how I am ever meant to use their services as a person who works full time hours.If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Unbelievably slow. They need to hire another staff or perhaps younger ones who can work faster. I am a business account with hundreds of orders to scan and cannot believe how long they take. I have been to many other post office but man, this one drives me up the wall. One hour plus for a scan. Outrageous.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I came to collect a package, and was told that I’m too late and it was being returned - despite being well within the collection due date. When I showed the collection slip that said this, she then demanded to see numerous forms of identification (as she said my driver licence was not enough). Needless to say she was also extremely rude. After all this they still refused to give me my package. Ever since then, it is a nightmare every time packages are taken there. Would rather let them be returned to sender than collect them from here.

i wish i can give 0 star. the new owner just wastes time. not greet customer, throw my documents, and have knowledge of running a business

This is a common line at VP Post office. Customer service is definitely lacking and could 100 percent be improved. Perhaps more training is needed to improve time and efficiency or employ more. Allow for 30 minutes plus when coming to this facility.

From the moment we arrived at the post office we had attitude.Going in to get our identity verified for our solicitor which is a distance away.Wouldn't accept my certified birth certified as it wasn't the original however NSW Births Deaths and Marriages issued it to me. Phoned my solicitor whom also wonders why it wasn't accepted.SHAME SHAME SHAME. I will avoid going to u guys!!! Staff changeover is needed
