Ultimate Motorbikes

I bought a Suzuki 250 in August last year. Recently I had an issue with the battery not charging even though it was new. I rang Tye who sold me the bike and he could not remember me, fair enough. He said he would get the service team to give me a call. Never happened! I filled in the online service form, no response. When I brought the bike I paid extra for a service plan which appears to be a waste of money. When I bought the bike I gave a 5 star review but have since deleted this. Sometime in the future I would like to upgrade my motorcycle. Perhaps if I had received better after sales service I would have bought again from Ultimate. Thankfully there is another motorcycle seller up the road!

We just purchased a 2023 CF Moto CForce 625 Touring ATV from Tye and the team from Ultimate Motorbikes at Ipswich. Great service. Always kept us up to date with progress. Fantastic knowledge and guidance for operation. We have had road bikes before but this was our first adventure with a quad. Always treated us with the upmost respect. Highly recommended. Also sold our Rocket 3 to them and got the price we wanted. We are moving over 250 klms away but we will come back for some kids’ dirt bikes when the time comes. Put my bike in for a service recently. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful. Connor and the team looked after my bike and answered any questions I had. Very happy with the service I received! Got some great workers there!

Have ordered parts, accessories and bought many bikes through Garvan and his team for myself and even a Can Am Spyder for Dad, they are always professional and polite.I have even asked to get bikes from other locations brought to them for my inspection. I wouldn't hesitate to get anything I need from them.

Big shout out to Ultimate Motorcycles in Ipswich. Organised (in a couple of days) to have the service book (missing from some early sales) and the modified chainguard at their dealership on the boss' desk waiting for me to pick up when I was in Ipswich in a car for other business. Bought the bike privately, so they didn't have any skin in the game. Complete opposite to the experience over the phone to a certain (ahem!!) CFMoto dealership on the Sunshine Coast. Apparently what Ultimate organised so easily for me is not possible to do. Dealer Principal is visible and involved, and a rider, Simon in Service is there to help. Great blokes. HIGHLY recommended.

I've been trying to support this local business for about 2 years now. I have given them the benefit of the doubt so many times now after repeated bad service and continually getting disappointed. Now I'm done. Multiple times when I've ordered parts and accessories, they were delayed in arrival times for weeks after initially promised. The lady who works in the sales area is hopeless. She forgets to place orders, she gives you attitude when she makes mistakes, she doesn't call you as promised when your parts do arrive eventually. 2 of my mates and myself went in for a Kawasaki ride day last weekend which we were really looking forward to and even though there was multiple bookings made for each timeslot, they only had a single dealer plate so they couldn't actually take us as a group for the test rides advertised and booked. They had to put the dealer plate on a bike and let each of us individually take a bike out for a test ride on our own. This meant that in the time we should have rode 2 different bikes for approximately 2 hrs over a 2 hr period, we ended up riding a single bike for about 20 mins in that 2 hour period on our own like a normal test ride. When approached about it to mention that this wasn't ideal, and in fact was false advertising, we were given attitude about it and told it was a Kawasaki event and not their fault, etc. I've also got my bike serviced here and had it returned with 2 missing fasteners on the fairings. This doesn't instil confidence in the quality of the serviceing when the absolute basics are being missed. I'll only give kudos to the guy in customer service at the servicing department with a British accent I think it was who had a great attitude when discussing a few things in relation to maintenance of my bike and actually provided great customer service unlike some of the others there.

Best experiences ever both in buying a bike and servicing. Gavin and the team areamazing, going above and beyond to help out- could not find a nicer bunch of guys.

The customer service at this dealership is beyond ridiculous terrible !! It’s not like it’s a one off event there. Parts like tyres spark plugs even leads plus other components which most major bands you get no we don’t stock that because we only deal with our bands of motorcycles if you’re lucky and when asked about hell you’re a inconveniencePs I know the owner of this dealership will not give this review the time of day please remember people do try and spend money in Ipswich but with your service and attitude no wonder people shop in Brisbane and other surrounding areas I all most forget Teach the young lady who works the service desk Ktm is Austrian not Japanese

Offered me 2000 for my trade over the phone then told me they could only pay $800 after I rode all the way there.

Just brought a quad from Tye!So excited he was very helpful. Tye was so knowledgeable with the bikes showed me how to ride it, I’m just a beginner and was very nervous, Tye made me feel relaxed, comfortable through your my purchase
